2 Moline High School (MHS) Grads (still best friends) made a video that somehow took off locally in the Quad Cities and has been watched over 137K times on Facebook (yee ha!)
Tim and Jake (the guys in the video) were involved with MHS's Share Joys fundraiser way back in the 1990s. Share Joys has raised funds each holiday season to clothe students in the Moline-Coal Valley district who need assistance.
We are happy to announce that we will donate a portion of the proceeds for these "Back in Moline" t-shirts to Share Joys 2024, which is celebrating its 75th year this year (WOW!).
Since 1949, the “Share Joys” fundraiser has raised over $1.5 million. Between 300-385 students who reside in Moline and Coal Valley receive this much-needed benefit.
